If you will stay for a day or a week; no one will make you feel as received and welcomed as Melvin. he knows how to hospice in it’s essential meaning! He takes care of the residents as the Arab generosity in hospice. Very genuine. As for the Royal Suites are a bit old but it’s very spacious and the furniture is antiquey. The pool is very clean and so blue! and at night it’s a different story, it can be familial and/or quite romantic. The food is flavourful. if your planning a birthday for a family member during summertime, a Royal Suite at the Convention Center is the place.

Very Romantic Diplomatic Suite

We arrived at about 1pm. Check- in was very fast. The Front dest lady was very nice and welcoming. We were upgraded to a larger diplomatic suite. HUGE Suite. An outer dining area, a living area with sofas and T.V., included a bathroom. A second inner HUGE bedroom, with a HUGE bed. TV. and a adjoining bathroom, shower, and a tub. The most amazing is the terrace. it is also BIG, sitting area, and a private pool. The pool was not deep. 1m deep. was o.k. to me! The water was hot. You could also ask to make it hotter or colder. There is also a large shade that covers the whole terrace, that can make it completely out of sight. Completely private. Of course you can remove if you want. One last thing. When I reserved through Agoda.com (there were no reservations through tip advisor or booking .com - my favorite two-, they informed me about the total price of my stay. They even sent me a mail with confirmation, including that same price. Then, my credited card was debited with that amount PLUS 14 USD. I don't know why!! I tried to contact them through Agoda\s Customer Service, but they asnswered that I had to make some customer ticket.. or something like that. they sent me a link that led me to Q&A page. No "contact us" link. very sad. Poor customer service. Anyway, I think you should just take care of that. Anyway, of course I do recommend The Convention Center and Royal Suites for a romantic stay with a private pool for a couple or newly married. Thank you.

I've stayed here once on business in 2016 for two nights. I'd rate this hotel as "average" due to the tired state of the decor - it desperately needs some investment. The hotel was clean and the service was good. It just desperately needs a make-over!

Sorry for the bad review but this was a horrendous time at CCRS. The hotel is quite far away from any main parts so it is quite remote and with new construction all around on the highways so seems run down, on the positive the hotel provide airport pick ups and transport occasionally to get you to main places. The room was ok, bit outdated in terms of decor and standard, food was ok, staff were ok. During my stay the hotel was used for graduation parties which went on til after midnight with loud music, excessive noise and the room allocated was right on top of the party room which was poor planning, the ballroom doors were left open so the noise carried all round the hotel. After the party finished they all ended up on the street racing up and down, burning tyres and generally being rowdy and noises, again this is happening right outside the room I was allocated, hotel made no effort to move me or deal with the noise. This was a terrible experience
